Expedition Itinerary
Ghvevi horse ranch is situated in the mountain landscape of unmatched beauty of Trialeti Ridge in the village of Ghvevi, just one-hour trip from the capital city Tbilisi. Horses are well-trained, elegant, good-tempered, and equipped with a wide range of saddles.
Meeting a group in Tbilisi. Transfer to the ranch, 45 km drive from Tbilisi with off-road on final 7kms of the way.
Tea/coffee on arrival.
Meeting with horses. Grooming/saddling horses, the guests can attend or participate in the process.
Initial training on cord for the beginner riders - 30 minutes horseback riding lesson with Georgian/English/Russian speaking instructors.
Trail ride along the fields, forests and mountains accompanied by 2 guides, 1hr 30min in the saddle. Intermediate/advanced riders take 2 hours route without initial training.
Return to the ranch.
Lunch (vegetarian and meat menus available).
Transfer back to the city.
